Clemson beauty lands dream internship

Ali Rogers, Clemson communications studies major and first runner-up in last year’s Miss America Pageant, has landed an internship with the new College Football Playoff and will move next month to Dallas, Texas. In the 10-month paid internship, Rogers will assist the communications office of College Football Playoff. Among her responsibilities will be assembling news clips each day, compiling analytics, performing basic graphic designs, assisting communication staff with the management of the media center and press operations and assisting social media efforts. It’s not stretch for the Miss America runner-up. She has been a huge football fan since the age of four when her parents took her to a Clemson game. And she has been focused on a career in communications and marketing.
