Clemson man charged with domestic violence

The state police report the arrest of a Clemson man, charged with domestic violence first degree.  The charge placed against Justin Ross Walker carries a penalty on conviction of up to 10 years in prison.  The case was investigated by the state Law Enforcement Division at the request of the Clemson police.  An affidavit, signed by officer Gene Donohue, alleges the 25-year old Walker committed the crime Tuesday by striking a household member at an apartment at 505 Old Central Road.  The charge contains an allegation that Walker pointed a firearm at the victim.
