Clemson meeting to focus on solutions to poverty

The news organization Opportunity Lives co-hosts a special event Wednesday night at Clemson University to focus on solutions to poverty.  The college activism group, Turning Point USA, is also involved in bringing to campus U-S Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina.  They are promising a discussion and audience questions on poverty fighting principals, along with policy proposals to empower those to change communities and lives.  The event will be 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m at the Watt Family Innovation Center on  South Palmetto Blvd.
