May 23, 2013

A 49-year old Columbia man has been jailed in Oconee County after what the police say were two traffic accidents last night in Westminster. Chief Dean Awalt said the first accident occurred when a vehicle struck a parked vehicle on Butler Street and then a pedestrian nearby. The Oconee Detention Center booking report lists five charges against Vincent Bernard Good: driving under suspension, hit-and-run involving an unattended vehicle, hit and run with personal injury, reckless driving, and violation of vehicle backing limitations.
