Common Pleas trial resumes Monday

Once the work day starts Monday, the 4^th floor courtroom at the Oconee Courthouse will revert to the remainder of a civil trial that’s already two weeks old.  The next phase of Reynolds versus Sava Senior Care, also known as Seneca Health and Rehabilitation is expected to be the defense although, according to trial officials, the plaintiff had yet to formally rest.  So far, the plaintiff has offered 10 witnesses and two depositions to support its case of medical malpractice in the death of 87-year old Walhalla resident Dororthy Reynolds.
