Concept vehicle to be shown

Clemson automotive engineering students are in Traverse City, Michigan this week to show off the next-generation Mazda-sponsored vehicle that they both conceived and engineered. The Automotive Research management Briefing Seminar is the first time the completed Deep Orange 3 vehicle will be showcased with body panels designed by students at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. As part of the graduate automotive engineering program at Clemson University I-CAR, students are required to create and manufacture a new vehicle prototype. It’s a chance for students to work directly with automotive industry partners to innovate and develop ideas.
