Congregate living has been approved for Walhalla. The city Board of Appeals this afternoon OK’d an exception to the zoning law that’ll enable Christ Central Ministries to remodel a former bed-and-breakfast on Hunter Avenue into a 10-bed congregate living facility. A representative of Christ Central Ministries told the board that his organization will provide bed and board until those living there obtain gainful employment.
