Congressman makes Oconee stops

At this hour, Congressman Jeff Duncan gets a tour of the old Oconee jail, courtesy of the faith-based group that has leased the facility to try to rehabilitate offenders and, where needed, offer help in acquiring a GED.  Duncan’s Walhalla stop will precede a talk later this afternoon at Keowee Key.
