Congressman making up his mind

May 7, 2013

Whether the bill to let states collect tax on Internet sales will follow the regular House committee process or go straight to floor for a vote was unclear earlier today, according to information from the office of Third District Congressman Jeff Duncan. A spokesman for the Laurens Republican said he is still listening to peoples’ concerns about the bill and will make a decision on how he’s going to vote after getting community input and reviewing the final version of the bill.
