Contest winners to be awarded

The winners of this year’s Anti-drug/Anti-violence calendar contest, sponsored by the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, are invited to an awards luncheon tomorrow at the Anderson Arts Center. Among the winners from Oconee and Anderson in the contest judged by the Clemson Arts Guild are Matilyn Million of Townville Elementary, Ava Maw of Ravenel, Jeannee Evans of Oakway Elementary; and four Orchard Park students: Cater Stephens, Nicole Gray, Kade Prater, and Alexis Hoover. The winners received a $50 dollar Visa gift card. About 2,000 calendars will be printed and distributed free of charge throughout Oconee and Anderson.
