Corbeil lauds “first-rate team”

An Oconee County group has been told it can rest with assurance that county government these days is operating better and with a greater efficiency than in recent years. And Paul Corbeil gives credit to the employee leading the flock. County Councilman Corbeil was a speaker Saturday at a meeting of Advocates for Quality Development. There, Corbeil gave credit to Scott Moulder, the longest-running county administrator since the county switched to a council-administrator style of government about 10 years ago. Corbeil says Moulder has put together a first-rate team of all-stars that begins with Moulder’s assistant, Glenn Breed.
