Councilman senses a need

A Walhalla councilman sensed a need and decided today to do something about it.  That’s why David Underwood showed up some Main Street shops to get a feel for how Streetscape work is affecting business.  In at least one Underwood took notes.  The councilman said Walhalla needs to have someone stay in close contact with the businesses who are being inconvenienced.
