Chairman Joel Thrift of Oconee County Council takes part today in Columbia in a meeting of the Land Use, Natural Resources and Transportation Steering Committee of the S.C. Association of Counties. Tomorrow’s District Five’s Reg Dexter’s turn to be in the capital city, for a meeting of the state association’s Revenue, Finance and Economic Development Steering Committee.
