The leaders of Oconee and Pickens counties will engage in separate sessions to plan for the future. The Oconee County Council strategic planning retreat begins at 9 this morning at the county administrative offices, with an audit presentation by Scott Moulder, the county administrator. Moulder will also review 2012 and make a report to the people. The Pickens County Council has set a goal and planning session to run from 9 a-m to 3 p-m tomorrow at the Pickens County Airport in Liberty. On the agenda are planning and budget priorities for 2013-14.
