“Crossover Week” in the General Assembly

This is called “Crossover Week” in the South Carolina General Assembly.  That means, according to Walhalla’s Bill Whitmire, that when the lawmakers return to Columbia today they will take up any bill that does not pass in one chamber will not be considered by the other during the current session.
