CU to get new Greenville presence

Clemson University announced the receipt of a gift today of a 70-thousand square foot building in downtown Greenville. It’s envisioned to be the home of the university’s College of Business and Behavioral Science—the largest graduate program with more than 300 students. According to the announcement, the multiple story building is the gift from the partners of Greenville ONE and GAB Properties LLC and is valued at more than $9 million.
