Cynthia Perry Capelle

Cynthia Perry Capelle, of 402 Blackjack Rd. Westminster, formerly of Seneca, went to be with her Lord and Savior.  Funeral Services will be held 11am Friday, Dec. 23rd, 2016 at the Brown-Oglesby Chapel with burial to follow in Oconee Memorial Park, the family will receive friends from 10 to 11am Friday.  Brown-Oglesby is assisting the family.
