Westminster – Patsy Darlene Smith, 77, wife of Marvin Leon Carpenter, of 526 Cleveland Pike Road, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 at her residence.  A graveside service will be held 2:30 pm, Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Old Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 prior at Sandifer Funeral Home.
