David Charles Kelley, 64, of 151 N. Crest Drive, Seneca died Monday at GHS Cottingham Hospice House. He was the husband of Eunice Ann Moore Kelley. The funeral will be 11 a-m Thursday at Davenport Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted.
