Defense wants to suppress audio evidence

The first testimony in the trial of former Secret Service Agent and sheriff’s office candidate James Bartee won’t come until Tuesday morning, but with the jury out of the courtroom until then, the defense Monday afternoon once again tried to suppress tape recorded evidence the prosecution seeks to present.
