August 26, 2013

The first testimony in the trial of former Secret Service Agent and sheriff’s office candidate James Bartee won’t come until Tuesday morning, but with the jury out of the courtroom until then, the defense Monday afternoon once again tried to suppress tape recorded evidence the prosecution seeks to present. WGOG News will have the latest on this, and any developments as a result of it, on Tuesday’s local news, which begins at 6:30 am.
