A metal building next to a retail store on Seneca’s By-Pass 123 may be small, but Oconee Democrats say it is full of ideas. The building, next to Harris Sporting Goods, is being prepared to serve as the 2012 election headquarters of the Oconee Democratic Party. The public opening is planned Labor Day, September 3. Voters will be able to pick up information to help them learn about the issues, as well as Democratic Party candidate yard signs and bumper stickers. The address is 989 By-Pass 123 in Seneca. Starting Monday, September 3, the office will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
