Drone belonged to private individual

The appearance of a drone above the concert crowd at Seneca Fest Saturday night prompted a lot of questions, but the police had nothing to do with that unmanned aerial vehicle. In fact, according to Chief John Covington, the Seneca Police Department doesn’t have a drone. “We did receive several inquiries about it during the event and have determined that it belongs to a private individual and was not being used by that person on behalf of the city,” he said.
