Drug arrests early Monday in Seneca

The police in Seneca arrested three people on drug charges during the early hours of Monday morning in two different parts of the city.  Two Greenville County residents were arrested after the police stopped a car on the 123 By-Pass.  Multiple charges were placed against Dominic Frank Salerno of Simpsonville and Tracie Michelle Sargent of Taylors.  The police say they seized for evidence a quantity of pills, a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia.  Earlier that morning the police stopped a man who they say was walking on E. Main Street carrying a rake.  Law enforcement records show Albert Roger Tippins of Westminster was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of one gram of meth or cocaine base.
