Drug bust in pasture near Westminster

A case of suspected shoplifting on Sunday at the Seneca Wal-Mart wound up as a drug bust near Westminster. The police there say they chased a car from their city onto the Seed Farm Road and off the road into a pasture. The police quoted its two passengers as saying the driver ran into the woods. The driver was eventually arrested and charged with reckless driving and failure to stop for a blue light. The two passengers were charged with drug offenses.
