Drug bust on Salem’s Hill Street

The police at Salem have arrested two residents at 415 Hill Street, to wrap up what the police chief called a five-month undercover operation. Chief Dave Poulson says it led to charges Friday night against Tony Mark Segars and Velvet Ann Pritchett. The 48-year old Segars was charged with distribution of methamphetamine first offense. Both Segars and Pritchett were charged with exposing a child to meth. According to Poulson, DSS also responded and a child in the home was left to the custody of a family member.
