Duncan “amazed” by apparent failure

At a Homeland Security hearing, South Carolina’s Third District congressman said he’s “amazed” over what appears to be a failure to connect dots that may have avoided the bombings at last month’s Boston Marathon. And it prompted Congressman Jeff Duncan to bring into question the billions that are spent by the government to coordinate and interpret intelligence when it comes to terrorist acts.
