Duncan opposes Syria strikes

September 5, 2013

NBC News reports this morning President Obama faces strong opposition in the House of Representatives to military strikes in Syria. And among those at the forefront of the opposition is South Carolina’s Third District Congressman Jeff Duncan. “Not a one member of my district in South Carolina or those who’ve contacted my office by email say go to Syria and fight this regime,” Duncan says. But he’s not close minded to other views. He’d like to hear from others on whether there should be U-S military involvement in the mideast country.
