Duncan registers vote in the minority

The House of Representatives in Washington voted in favor of a $1.1 trillion dollar bill that allows the government to keep going.  Passage came this morning on a vote of 316-113, with the Third District’s Jeff Duncan voting no.  The Republican said, “Some members of the Congress are so risk averse that they will agree to anything to avoid a government shutdown.”
