Westminster – Edna Leona Welborn Sims, 82, widow of the late Hubert J. Sims, 106 Sims Street, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her residence.  A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, March 26, 2016 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Clearmont Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family is at the residence.  Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, 322 Eighth Ave., 7th fl.
