Emails made available to County Council

As instructed by Oconee County Council, the office of County Administrator Scott Moulder has made available to the five council members unredacted emails that specifically relate to a lawsuit that challenged the county’s agriculture residential zoning classification. Moulder told 96.3/WGOG NEWS this morning those emails, in binder form, were made available to the council members before the start of last week’s regular meeting. At the urging of District Three’s Paul Cain, the council voted to request the emails under the condition that they are to be held by the council members only.
