Field set at two candidates

The field of candidates is set for a special election in West Union. At the qualifying deadline today, the field remained two candidates: Doug Moore of Schroder Street and Chad Thomas of n. highway 11. They will meet September 9 to determine who fills the council seat left open by the recent resignation of Danny Cappelen.
