Financial card fraud case

 

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office would like the public’s help to solve the crime of financial card fraud.  A deputy investigating the theft March 4 of a debit card learned that the card was used at two businesses in Oconee County, one of which included an ATM. The officer got a picture of the suspect, and the Sheriff’s Office seeks the public’s help to identify the individual.  If you have any information concerning this case, including the identity of the person in relation to this incident, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC or 864-638-STOP.  You don’t have to give your name when you call Crime Stoppers and all information provided is confidential.  If your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
