Fire displaces family of six

A late afternoon fire yesterday near Westminster displaced a family of three adults and three children, according to Fire Chief Chris Smith. The fire heavily damaged a two-story home near the Horseshoe Bridge Road, on Blue Valley Road. Smith no one was hurt in the accident. Although the cause of yesterday’s fire remains unknown this afternoon, the fire chief said it has been traced to a bedroom.
