First electric bus arrives in Seneca

A sign of the times for Seneca. The first electric-power bus has arrived in the city, in preparation for a switch from gas-engine passenger buses. This electric bus has a special purpose, according to Ed Halbig. The planning community development director says it’s a bus for test purposes only—to test the newly-built electric re-charging stations.
