Five-year prison term

A 23-year old Oconeean has been sent to prison on his conviction in the General Sessions Court of three charges.  After the jury trial, the sentence handed down sends Keith Antwane Jackson to prison for five years.  Jackson was convicted on charges of petty larceny enhancement, breaking into a motor vehicle, and financial transaction card theft.  The sentence could have been harsher had not Judge Scott Sprouse removed enhancement from the petty larceny conviction.
