November 25, 2013

After a career that covered 30 years, Paul David Stanton has begun retirement. P-D Stanton spent the last 13 years as an Oconee deputy sheriff, assigned to the security detail at the courthouse. Before that, he served 24 years as a South Carolina state trooper. During a ceremony last week, Sheriff Mike Crenshaw and Chief Deputy Kevin Davis gave Stanton a plaque in recognition of his career.
