Flying club to form at airport

A club of flying enthusiasts in the formation stage has a name. It’s now looking for members. Eddie Perry of Seneca is announcing plans to form the Golden Corner Flying Club at the Oconee Regional Airport. Flying clubs are regarded as co-ops, in which three or more individuals join to share the cost of ownership and obtain the benefits of lower cost flying—whether their aim is for business, pleasure, or education purposes. The organization meeting takes place at 6:30 Thursday night, February 12 at the airport. For more information, contact Perry at 723-2914 or [email protected].
