For now, a $1.2M contract

The Walhalla city administrator took a new look at the contact today and has clarified what the city will be getting from the architect-engineering service Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood.  The $1.2 million approved as part of the contract, according to Administrator Nancy Goehle, will cover the design of the city’s new water plant and the water intake.  Matters such as administering the actual construction of the project, she says, are separate and will be addressed later.
