Four in line for CU’s highest alumni award

State Senator Thomas Alexander and Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative’s Charles Dalton are among four recipients of the Distinguished Service Award at Clemson University. The Clemson Alumni Association will bestow the honor April 4. Alexander is a member of the Clemson class of 1978 and is being recognized as a long-time public servant who has advocated legislative initiatives to support Clemson and higher education. Dalton, class of 1964, is an upstate business leader and president of IPTAY.
