Westminster, SC— Frederick Johnston Owen, 88, husband of the late Frances Irene Walters Owen, of 438 Bow Street, Westminster, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at GHS Cottingham Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 PM, prior to the service, Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Davenport Funeral Home.
