Furman Football To Play Michigan State In 2016

Furman football will face its first Big Ten Conference foe in program history in 2016 when the Paladins take on Michigan State, director of athletics Dr. Gary Clark announced Tuesday.  The game, scheduled for Sept. 17, 2016 at Spartan Stadium, gives Furman four games against Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) opponents over the next four seasons. The Paladins are also scheduled to play LSU (2013), South Carolina (2014), and Virginia Tech (2015) during that span.
