George Will to speak at Clemson

Nationally syndicated columnist George Will visits Clemson University next week as the featured speaker for the Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism’s biannual John W. Pope Lecture. He will speak about “America’s Great Debate: James Madison vs. Woodrow Wilson” in a free public event at 4:30 Thursday afternoon, February 26 in Tillman Hall auditorium. Will is best known for his conservative commentary, but his love for baseball and his insight into the sport has suggested to some that he would make an excellent baseball commissioner.
