Graham calls for a time-out

In a vote by the Armed Services Committee of the U-S Senate, South Carolina’s Lindsey Graham came out on the side of what he said is best for Americans and national security. The committee narrowly approved legislation that restricts transfers of detainees from Guantanamo Bay. The bill was approved 14-12. Graham made this statement, “In light of the Taliban 5 and other provocative releases made by the Obama Administration, it’s only appropriate that we call a time-out.”
