Greenville contractor in line for second OC job

A Greenville contractor and its workers can count on being busy in Oconee County. Last night Seneca City Council approved an $8 million contract for the Harper Corporation to make improvements at the water treatment plant, at the edge of Normandy Shores. Next week the Harper Corporation will be recommended for a $2.3 million infrastructure job at Oconee County’s Golden Corner Commerce Park. The county staff recommends the contractor get the job to build a 1,800 gallon per minute pump station, as part of the project to bring sewer to the planned industrial park.
