Haley defends S. 308

A controversial South Carolina piece of legislation signed into law this week has been referred to as a guns and bars bill. But Governor Nikki Haley, a gun rights supporter, says that isn’t how you should refer to S. 308. The governor’s office calls it the “Concealed Carry Reform Bill.” And she defended the bill which makes the state the 46th to allow some form of legal carrying rights.
