Heat attracts library walk-ins

In 90 to 100-degrees, where do those without a pool or air-conditioning go to cool off?  Many people turn to Oconee County’s air-conditioned libraries.  Blair Hinson of the Oconee Public Library says with school out, summer is a busy time for the libraries, but there’s no doubt about it.  Other patrons and the general public tend to migrate to the air-conditioned facilities.
