High-speed chase leads to theft discovery

Oconee investigators are among law enforcement in three counties attempting to identify a suspect driving a stolen truck.  The arrest of a second person, driving another vehicle, led police in Carnesville, Georgia last week to find property stolen from the parking lot of a Hart County business.  Now authorities suspect a series of thefts from vehicles along I-85 in Oconee County, South Carolina and in Hart and Franklin counties in Georgia.  Arrested so far was an 18-year old man, Julian Amir Tucker of East Point, Georgia on the charge of possession of a controlled substance.
