Holiday closings include solid waste facilities

Closings for the Thanksgiving weekend include OconeeCounty solid waste facilities.  All solid waste facilities will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.  However, all recycling centers will be open Wednesday—the day before Thanksgiving.  Walhalla has announced that residential sanitation will be picked up Wednesday instead of Thursday this week.  Tri-CountyTechnicalCollege is closing two days this week.  The college will close Thursday and reopen Monday, December 1.
