Home incarceration replaced by prison time

A Westminster man will be unable to satisfy his court sentence placing him on home incarceration. And it means that Robert Clarence Walters will be sent to prison for five years instead of being allowed to satisfy the sentence with home incarceration. According to a court officer, the change came about when the 10th Circuit General Sessions Court became dissatisfied on learning of Walters’ living arrangements. He was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty to arson third degree at a Westminster home and throwing bodily fluids at a policeman.
