Homicide Victim Identified

WGOG has learned the identity of the man found dead inside a Walhalla home early Tuesday morning. Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis says the man was identified as 27 year-old Jeremy Lee Little, a former Pickens County resident, who recently resided near Seneca. The Walhalla Police department with assistance from the Oconee County Sheriff’s department is investigating the incident. Early this morning, authorities were called to the home at 505 North Laurel Street in Walhalla, where Little was discovered dead. The death is being investigated as a homicide. Coroner Addis says Little had a stabbing type injury, but the exact cause of death will be determined during an autopsy scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
